Payments are processed through electronic transfers while monthly bank statements are sent by email.
All owners are allowed access to our extensive online database that includes information about properties and tenants. Other features of the database involve allowing owners to access YTD 1099, communication logs, maintenance requests or repairs, payments as well as income and expense statements.
