When you call us about listing your home, we will provide a FREE comprehensive market analysis of homes that have sold in your area as well as the current competition.  We will explain where we feel your home would be priced based on the condition and features of your home.  Additionally we wil go room by room and give you recommendations on how to get your home in “show ready” condition.


Getting your home ready to sell can be a little stressful or overwhelming so the more planning, and de-cluttering you can do ahead of time, the more enjoyable the experience will be.  We will be there to make it as easy for you as possible!

*We will do a video of your home to showcase layout and floorplan.


*We utilize DotLoop to make it convenient and easy for you to sign important documents from the comfort of your home or office.

Congratulations on making the decision to purchase your first home!  This is a huge step in building your long term financial wealth!


Buying a home can be very exciting and sometimes a little scary as there are several steps in between deciding to buy a home and getting the keys to your new home and we will be there to walk you through all of them!


Now is a great time to be buying a home as interest rates are still at record lows and there are several down payment and/or closing cost programs that may be available to you.  




Whether you have purchased one other home or 20, we can help!  The market is constantly changing as is the best approach on how to negotiate your next home purchase.


For example, you may wonder whether you should ask for a home warranty.  Home warranties can be tricky so be sure to read the fine print.  A lot of them don’t cover “pre-existing conditions” or units “beyond their useful life”.   


Inspections are always a tricky, yet very important part of the homebuying process.  We will educate you on all of the inspections available to you and recommend which ones you may want to perform based on the type and age of the home you are purchasing.
